About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager who can take ownership of Soilytix’s marketing operations.
Your goal is twofold:

  1. Accelerate the sales cycle by increasing awareness and engagement within our target accounts, ensuring Soilytix stays top-of-mind among key industry players.
  2. Grow inbound awareness by continuously improving how Soilytix is discovered and perceived online.

You will manage the full marketing feedback cycle — analyze what works, propose improvements, and execute them. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, analytical, and eager to create measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze data from Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics, and HubSpot to identify insights and suggest concrete improvements.
  • Take ownership of the marketing feedback loop: measure → learn → improve → repeat.
  • Strengthen brand awareness among ~50 target agtech and seed companies, supporting faster sales conversations and follow-ups.
  • Build and manage LinkedIn presence: post planning, design, employee engagement, and community management.
  • Write and distribute the newsletter, track results, and iterate based on engagement data.
  • Create and maintain a six-month marketing plan with clear objectives, deliverables, and reporting.
  • Optimize the website and content for SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to ensure visibility in both search engines and large language model
  • Ensure branding is consistent across all materials (website, social media, presentations).
  • Propose and implement small inbound tools, such as website chat or lead capture.
  • Collaborate closely with the science team to turn technical insights into clear, accessible content.

Profile

  • Strong analytical mindset; able to connect marketing actions to measurable outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics.
  • Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages (German, French, or Dutch) are a plus.
  • Comfortable writing professional content and creating simple visuals (Canva/Figma).
  • Understands or is interested in sustainability, agriculture, or climate tech.
  • High sense of accountability — you take ownership, follow through, and improve continuously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; thrives in a remote-first environment.
