About Us

Soilytix is a fast-growing biotech company with an in-house laboratory, soil sampling software, and a powerful visualization dashboard. We help agriculture, research, and restoration teams understand and improve soil health.

Our team has a deep passion for soil. We believe that as humans, we value what we can measure, and if we value soil, we take better care of it. That is why Soilytix exists: to measure the organisms and functions in the soil so that farmers, researchers, and restoration projects can act on them.

Your role

You will work directly with and be coached by our CCO, Julien. This role combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead nurturing, account support, and attending events and conferences in the EU and abroad to connect with customers. You will be part of a small, energetic team where everyone’s contribution makes a difference.

What you’ll do

  • Manage outbound prospecting campaigns: identify prospects, send outreach messages, and follow up on buyer signals
  • Support inbound lead nurturing and respond to incoming enquiries
  • Manage and grow a small portfolio of existing accounts
  • Use HubSpot daily for CRM, automation, and tracking (experience with HubSpot is a strong plus)
  • Work with buyer intent data to identify and engage warm leads
  • Occasionally create short posts for LinkedIn or BlueSky to engage the agri and soil community
  • Attend industry events and conferences, including abroad, to represent Soilytix and build relationships
  • Collaborate with marketing to align outreach with campaigns and product updates

What we’re looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agriculture or soil-related industries
  • Strong passion for soil, biodiversity, and agricultural technology
  • Experience with outbound sales and some inbound lead nurturing
  • HubSpot CRM experience is a significant advantage
  • Fluent English required, German preferred, Dutch/French are a plus
  • Willingness to travel for events and conferences abroad
  • Proactive, self-starting, and comfortable working independently
  • Bonus: experience with growth automation tools (integrating HubSpot with LinkedIn, Teams, LeadFeeder, etc.)

Why join us

  • Be part of a mission-driven startup shaping the future of soil health and biodiversity monitoring
  • Work closely with and be coached by the CCO
  • Energetic, supportive team passionate about soil and agriculture
  • Remote first working, with offices in Amsterdam and Hamburg
  • Competitive salary based on experience
